About this talk

We will look at a simple, practical way to monitor your clients exercise levels. We will identify how this has been used in professional and semi-professional sport, and look at the scientific research that has been conducted on this measure. Then we finish with some pointers for how to use this with our personal training clients, who are obviously not professional athletes.

– participants will understand how to assess training loads – understand the flexibility and practicality of assessing training loads in different ways – learn practical strategies for implementing this with personal training clients
