The biggest fear of older adults starting an exercise program is that you will hurt them. Yet exercise is the single biggest denominator that will determine good health and independence. How do you know the difference between general aches and pains and something more serious? Your language coupled with the confidence you display in understanding how to program for chronic conditions is essential for you to connect meaningfully, regardless of the age difference. Based on the latest research and statistics, this session will break down the Top 10 and give you the KEY factors to engage with and safely and effectively train this age group.
