About this talk

Food is far more than just food. It’s social, it’s mental, and it’s deeply rooted in our psychology. This lecture will discuss basic tenets of food psychology and common issues many people may encounter with food, from stress and boredom eating to disordered eating patterns. The scope of practice of the trainer in relation to addressing these topics will be discussed as well.
