Move with Momentum

Are you looking for a workout that is accessible to anyone – and anywhere? mSwing is a fun and challenging group exercise class that uses only one dumbbell to provide an effective workout. You will plug into a unique variety of movements that arc, sweep, and flow through space. The result is increased mobility throughout your whole body which means better balance and coordination too! No matter where life takes us we can always find freedom within ourselves to move with momentum.

-To demonstrate how to use momentum effectively and safely in a group exercise class -To explain the purpose behind swinging rather than lifting and how this can be an effective way to increase heart rate whilst incorporating natural body rhythms.
