Q: When do you know when you are an older adult? A: When people don’t see you anymore. Becoming invisible is even more confronting when age intersects with disability, from the CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) community, or if you identify as LQGBTQAI+ This session will allow you to walk in another’s shoes and give practical tips to ensure all older people are treated with dignity and respect in any fitness setting.
