The floor is where we all started as children, so it’s familiar territory for most of us. But don’t be fooled by its simplicity – there are many ways to use the floor effectively for muscle overload that can help you deliver a group exercise workout that your participants can do anywhere. This session will give you a new perspective on working out without weights or machines, which means regardless of if you are teaching face to face or virtually, you will have new exercises to share with your people.
Learn how changing a lever, an angle, or points of support will shift the focus of an exercise. Experience the layering methodology of teaching exercise so that participants in a group exercise class can be self selective to choose what is appropriate for their own individual needs
