A Practical Approach to Recovery in Resistance Training

In this session, we will look at what the current literature says about recovery between resistance training sessions. We will go over what exactly recovery is, ways to measure recovery, different recovery modalities, and finally, what practical applications can be taken to implement into you or your athletes training. There is a lot of information out there in regards to recovery so the aim of this session is to focus on the things that actually matter and to walk away with actionable insights.
