About this Speaker
Moana is a Cluster Fitness Manager for CityFitness, nurturing the South-Central Auckland Personal Training team. Having worked in the fitness industry for several years, Moana now focusses on the education and development of CityFitness trainers and National Academy of Sports Medicine students. Moana still looks after a handful of clients, focusing on women’s health and fitness.
