Michelle Wright (Mish) After a decade of teaching, Mish started her second career as a Group Fit Instructor and Personal Trainer. Mish is the founder of the mulit- award winning fitness business mishfit®, which specialised in training women.
For over 12 years Mish has been writing, presenting, educating and mentoring fitness professionals in both business and topics around women’s health and older adults.
Currently, Mish is the Victorian program co-ordinator for the Living Longer Living Living Stronger program – part of COTA (Council On The Ageing) and recently re-wrote all of their education. She also writes online education for Central Queensland University.
Mish is a kiwi, but lives with her husband and their 2 pussycats in Melbourne, Australia.
