Hi, I’m mum of 2 adorable kids, wife to one cheeky husband, and I’m darn driven and passionate about training women safely & effectively for their body. Teaching mum’s how to repair their body to get as fit and strong as they’d like with strong functional deep core foundations. Educating trainers on the female deep core and how to lead their clients into challenging and safe exercise.
After injuring my deep core through ‘conventional’ exercise 2 years into my courier, I re trained to specialize in pregnancy, postnatal exercise and pelvic floor health and haven’t stopped. I have confidently coached 100’s of mums on how to heal and exercise with their deep core – kicking their butt safely and effectively since 2016.

Giving zero attention to esthetics, my whole focus is on function, energy, health, happiness, community, confidence in who you are – empowering people to be their best authentic self throughout their everyday life.
